Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Tracked & Insured Shipping: $1.95 — 5–12 business days
  • Express Shipping: $5.95 — faster delivery

We currently ship to the UK, EU, US, Canada, and Australia.

Address Changes If you need to update your shipping address, please email avelore.support@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Tracking All orders include tracking, so you can follow your delivery progress.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at avelore.support@gmail.com and we'll help. If a parcel is marked as "delivered" by the courier but you can't locate it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office first.
